Privacy Policy

Privacy for a Slack bot that stays close to the work.

Antline only uses workspace data to install the bot, run shared queues, apply permissions, manage plans, and support your team.

Last updated: July 5, 2026

What Antline is

Antline is a Slack bot for shared queue management. Teams can use it for deploys, support rotations, shared environments, approvals, or any workflow where people need a clear order and clean handoffs inside Slack.

Data we process

Antline processes only the information reasonably needed to operate the bot and provide the service.

  • Basic Slack workspace, channel, and user information required to install and operate the bot.
  • Queue, role, configuration, and status information created by your team while using Antline.
  • Plan, billing, and account information needed to manage subscriptions and product access.
  • Support messages and limited technical information needed to troubleshoot requests.

Legal basis for processing

We process workspace, account, and billing data to perform our contract with your organization (providing and operating Antline), to comply with legal and tax obligations, and based on our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure, reliable, and improving over time. Where required, we rely on your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

How we use data

We use data to run queues, show the right order, notify the right people, apply workspace settings, manage account access, process billing, and respond to support requests.

Service providers

Antline works with trusted service providers for Slack integration, hosting, analytics, support, and payment processing. We do not sell workspace data.

International data transfers

Antline runs on infrastructure provided by hosting and service partners that may process data outside Brazil. When this happens, we require partners to use recognized safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms, to keep your data protected wherever it is processed.

Cookies and website analytics

This website uses privacy-respecting analytics (such as Vercel Analytics) to understand aggregate traffic and improve the site. This is separate from your Slack workspace data and does not identify you individually. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Retention and deletion

We keep account and queue information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with obligations, resolve disputes, and support customers. Workspace admins may request deletion or assistance through support.

Your rights

Under Brazil's LGPD and other applicable data protection laws, you can request to:

  • Confirm whether we process your data and access it.
  • Correct incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated data.
  • Request anonymization, blocking, or deletion of unnecessary or excessive data.
  • Request portability of your data to another provider.
  • Get information about who we share your data with.
  • Withdraw consent, when processing is based on consent.
  • Request a review of automated decisions, if any affect you.

Security

We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect workspace information and restrict access to people and systems that need it to operate Antline.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Antline evolves or as laws change. We will update the date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify workspace admins by email or inside Slack.
